Terms of Service

My Pillo · Version 3 · Effective September 1, 2026

Welcome to My Pillo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of My Pillo (the "Service"), operated by the person or entity that owns and runs the Service (the "Operator," also referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not register for or use the Service. 1. Your Account You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. 2. Acceptable Use You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the Service's operation, or to access accounts or data that are not your own. 3. Subscriptions and Payments Paid plans, where offered, are billed on the interval shown at checkout and processed by a third-party payment processor; their terms apply to the payment itself. You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. 4. Your Content You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. You grant us a license to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service to you — our use of it is limited to that purpose. We do not sell your content or personal information. If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, contact us using the details below and we will review and remove it where appropriate. 5. Termination We may suspend or terminate your account, or discontinue the Service, at any time and for any reason, with or without cause. Where a refund is owed for such termination, it will be prorated to your last date of use of the Service. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. 6. Disclaimer of Warranties The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. 7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Pillo and its Operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. 8. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the Operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state and federal courts located in that state, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue. 9. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 10. Contact Questions about these Terms can be directed to the support contact listed within the Service.
