Welcome to My Pillo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of My Pillo (the "Service"), operated by the person or entity that owns and runs the Service (the "Operator," also referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not register for or use the Service. 1. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Pillo and its Operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. 8. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the Operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state and federal courts located in that state, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue. 9.
